Title: Gsx L2 select service problem

Hey
When I tring to select service in the menu in the simulator the gsx doesn't work and the menu is still there and I can click it but its doesn't work or do something the menu is still there and no service...

Doesn't happen here, and nobody ever reported it so far. Do you see some warning message, or a sound ?

Does other applications with a menu respond normally ? For example, SODE ( TAB-S )

I'm sorry, but I can only repeat and confirm it doesn't happen here, and nobody ever reported it before. At least, if I understood your report correctly, which seems the menu shows, but it doesn't select any option.

However, it's not clear if, after you press a number or click the mouse, is the menu goes away. It should, but then you should also see something or, of course, an error/sound message. Check if you haven't removed the information text. You don't say which simulator you use, so I can't say if you disabled ( it cannot be disabled in FSX, but it can in P3D )

Your video is even less clear that your explanation. Please use a proper video capture program.

Your video seems to show some kind of conflict that causes the menu to not work properly.

That's NOT the "GSX menu", it's the standard Simconnect menu, used by all applications with a menu, and it's handled entirely by the sim, we don't have any control over it.

That's why I asked "Does other applications with a menu respond normally ? For example, SODE ( TAB-S )" in one of my previous replies, but you haven't replied to it.
