Does anyone know how to get the default terminal away also using Hawaii Photoreal Scenery plus version https://imgur.com/Eu09jWV (https://imgur.com/Eu09jWV)

 Did you follow the instructions in the Readme - Hawaii Photoreal Vol. 1 - Niihau, Kauai & Oahu?
