Title: Reverse the Default of Stairs with Jetways

I would like to suggest that the default settings for the jetway equipped gates is to not have a stair truck as this is very uncommon outside of European budget carriers. If that isn't possible I'd also like to suggest a global option to remove stairs from jetway equipped gates.
