Hi, I've reinstalled from zero my P3dv4 in a new ssd drive. GSX level 2 works well but when I click on "Costumize Airport Positions" the topic tittle error window shows up. I tried to reinstall gsx but it didn't work. Before the P3d reinstallation, GSX worked fine at the same airport (freeware SBBR) and aircraft (PMDG ngxu).
This the log that shows up:
couatl v3.2 (build 4289)

would you help me please? Thank you

Please enable Logging using the "Troubleshooting" section of the "GSX Settings" menu. Choose "Restart Couatl" at that same airport, then exit and post your Couatl.LOG file found here:
%APPDATA%\Virtuali\Couatl.LOG
Don't post the whole file, but ZIP it and Attach it to a message.

any advice???

We are still looking into it. The problem is surely caused by the non-Ascii name of the folder you keep your sceneries, but we should fix it from our side.
