Title: Duplicate gate numbers

Many gate numbers are duplicate. There are "13" gates called Gate B84
Other duplicates too
Please update the afcad when you can thank you

They were made intentionally, since those parking have a real life naming that cannot fit what it can be done with the AFCAD. Back then, GSX wasn't so flexible to handle this, but now it is so, we can now use a different naming convention, and with the help of GSX customization, they will now read correctly, with their real life names, in the menu.

Run the FSDT Live Update now, and be sure you remove any GSX .INI customization you might have made under %APPDATA%\Virtuali, otherwise the new custom config we made won't be used and all numbers will be wrong.
