Title: PHTO runway lights flickering

Hi,
Yesterday I did a low visibility daytime approach into PHTO.
For some reason the runway lights were flickering (going on and off) from the time I had the runway in sight until after landing (Never stopped). Taxi lights were off completely probably as it was daytime.
What could cause this?
I use ORBX, Envtex, Enshade & Active Sky.

We'll check it, and it's not the easiest way to reproduce it, because you use several rendering mods.

It's possible that what I perceive like an absolutely normal bloom effect, got worsened on your system because of your modified shaders, so you see it as  "flickering"

Thanks any setting in the meanwhile I can use to reduce this effect?
