several days ago I updated the Gsx with the live updater and now I can't see the baggage cars, the stairs and the bus, I have prepar3d v4 4.5, please help about.

i read all the posts for same problem
before update gsx level 2 was ok

Are you sure you have P3D 4.5 ?
Because, the drivers looks like the old ones ( non PBR and worse looking ), which seems to indicate P3D wasn't updated. Could be you updated to P3D 4.5 with just the Client ? That will never work, you must update both the Client and the Content, or use the full installer.

I have the p3d v4 4.5.12 and the second image was shrunk in order can be post in the forum and the video drivers are updated, I have gsx and level 2 and this problem began with the last update, I tried everything to fix it but no results about

When you updated P3D to 4.5, did you update just the Client or Client and Content. You need to update both Client and Content.

If with "last update", you mean the PBR update, that doesn't mean the problem is *caused* by GSX. Just that, because GSX now uses PBR in P3D 4.4+, it requires the sim to have PBR support properly installed.
If you haven't updated the sim in the correct way to 4.5, which means updating BOTH the Client and the Content, every product that use PBR *will* have issues like missing or black textures.
I just got an email from a customer which had exactly the same problem as you, and he said he fixed by reinstalling P3D entirely.
