This airport needs an update because in real life their is some sort of project going on. https://www.flymemphis.com/modernization

KJFK is in way more dire need of update and, since the author is the same, it will be very unlikely we could ever had a look at KMEM before a KJFK remake.

I am out on the ramp regularly.  In general, this model is still very accurate.  Yes, there is modernization going on at the airport, but it has little impact in the overall ground operations.  Bigger changes are coming on the FedEx ramp that will be much more impactful and will need to be updated one of these days.  In reality, these changes wont be complete for years so any changes would quickly become outdated.

 Every medium/large airport has projects going on continually, it's never-ending.
