Why not let the stairs move to the plane as sone as gsx in actived? Now the stairs only go to the aircraft when boerding is called. But most of the time you first fuel and cater the airplane? Also for the baggage loaders maybe after finishing loading they only got lowered and when called for pusbback they drive away. Would be nice option.

You can (at least for the jetways) dock them already with a separate option in the menu? I always do that, dock the Jetways and then start my cockpit preparation before doing any boarding, catering or whatever...
Does not yet work for Airstairs, but mabe that will come as well, I remember Umberto told something like it could be done in a future update.
