Hello,
I am writing because I bought GSX on 28/12/2015, order number STxxxxx, I just had a new version of P3D and the serial number does not work when I enter it.

First, you should never post your order number in public, since someone knowing your email might steal your serial numbers. Questions about orders should always be made by email for this reason.
In any case, it's not very clear what do you mean with "serial number doesn't not work". Do you mean you see some error message about it ? If yes, which one ? Again, best to use email, because we might require to exchange data about your order you surely don't want to disclose in public.

That's because the one and only support email address you are supposed to use for support, which is listed:
- On your purchase receipt
- On the "Contact us" page of this site
- Under the email icon in my avatar on this forum
Is:
support@virtualisoftware.com
No other support email address different than this one are listed anywhere on our site, so you are kindly requested to use that one.
