Title: Is KLAS supposed to look like this?
Post by: marknie on February 03, 2019, 01:02:47 am
Notice that it does not receive cloud shadows. . .

What can I do about it?

Why does umberto not respond to his customers?

He already has, in the other thread that you've been participating in as well.

His response:

I can see shadows on the airport just fine. But now I understand what you are referring to: they are visible everywhere on the airport (buildings and aprons), but not on the underlying ground textures.

We'll check this.

He just posted a response on that today. Thanks for letting me know. At least its not me and an actual bug in the program.

He just posted a response on that today.

Bradl pointed out to you the answer which I posted a while ago: that's what he meant. The one I posted today was another which I posted *after* he replied to you.

The reason why I haven't replied to you, in addition the reply was already there for more than a year (so there wasn't really any urgent need to reply), is that, on Mondays, questions are replied a bit slower to catch up with the questions posted during non-business hours (the weekend), and every Monday therer's *invariably* somebody complaining about "not replying to customers", which is just silly considering my post count...
