Title: GSX2 not working

I just installed GSX version 2 and I'm getting the following issues:
1- GSX doesn't show up anymore in fsx
2- jetways at the airports disappeared

The thread named "Addon Manager not showing up in P3Dv4 **SOLVED**" thread lists all the known solutions for any missing libraries:

Even if the title says P3D4, the solutions are valid for FSX as well.

That's entirely normal: the whole point of GSX is replacing the default jetways with better ones but, if it's not starting for any of the reason in the linked thread, the replacements won't appear.
