Title: Problem with both LSZH and LSGG

I bought both airports in 2015. I have been using them with no issues until last week. I upgraded last week to prepar3d V4.3 and today I realized that I only have the jet-ways in both Zurich and Geneva. I went in to the Add on  manager, and I used the reinstall option. I entered the serial number from the invoice I had hit enter and it took me back to the airport with still no buildings and just the jet ways. I also got a message on top saying that my trial period expired.
What is going on, and how can I get both airports back?

The problem of missing menu items under the Addons menu it's usually caused by one of these:

1) Defective antivirus. Download and install with the Antivirus disabled AND configure the antivirus to exclude the whole Addon Manager folder from scanning BEFORE starting the sim.

2) Missing/Corrupted VC++ libraries in your system. See solution in the "Addon Manager not showing up in P3Dv4 **SOLVED**" thread:
