Title: Multiply Activation

Hi, I just purchased Prepar3d V4.2, I have this product already on FSX:SE can I also install it for P3d? Or do I need to uninstall from FSX first?

Just run the installer again, then select P3D. No need to uninstall from FSX.

Ok thanks, wasn't sure if it was allowed to be activated on 2 products at the same time.

The activation is NOT "per-sim", it's per SYSTEM. Which means, if you have a product active on FSX (it's not really "active on FSX", it's active on your Windows installation), it will already appear as active on P3D, provided both sims are running under the same Windows installation.
