Title: Dynamic lighting

Hi-
Is dynamic lighting enabled at KLAS? I see no difference with the box checked in P3Dv4.1 and airlinrs are not lit from above by lights which seems to be typical at other airports.

No, it's not. It won't cast lights, but it will receive Dynamic lights (like landing lights), casted by planes.
