Title: Daytime Airport Lights?

How can I turn off the night lighting during daytime? Can't say I've noticed this in the past, but all the dynamic night lighting is on during the day, which is killing fps.

First, Dallas doesn't use dynamic lighting so, whatever fps loss you are getting from it, is not caused by the scenery. Also, I cannot see any other lights (dynamic or not) at day, except for the PAPI on runways, see the attached screenshot.

Do you have low visibility ? In that case, it's normal, and it's of course a great scenery feature, that airport lights would be turned on.
