I need some help when i make my app for klas rwy 26l/26r are greyed out so i cant use it p3dv4

I assume you mean Electronic Flight book?

If so, are you sure that the navdata you are using is updated? If it isn't, then it will have no knowledge of what 26L/R or 8L/R are, and is using outdated data. You may want to check with who supports it first to see if they have updated data, as you'll need that prior to using it with the scenery.
