Title: Can Large Static Baggage Containers Be Removed

At KLAX, Gate 77, no matter where I position the GSX baggage carts, one always runs into, or through, large static baggage containers at the side of the parking spot.  Can these objects be moved, or removed, or can the GSX baggage carts be placed so that they do not conflict with the static containers?  Someone got carried away with the placement of these static items.
