If your Windows is not a Western language version, you must set the "locale for non-Unicode applications" to English in the Windows international settings.

Hi.
I,m too still have trouble customization box empty even thogh locale changed to english.
Schould I search other thing? for example I doubt my traffic 6a.

Hi.
I'v solved for gsx customization.
Totally my mistake that I confused change region and change system locale language.
Everything is working fine.
