Title: Installation Help Please!

For someone computer literate, like myself, I know this is going to end up being something really dumb.  I downloaded the software and installed it, but it doesn't show up in the scenery library and obviously not in the sim.  My P3d directory is C:\Prepar3dv3.
The scenery install goes into C:\programfilesx86\addonmgr.
As I read it, the scenery should go into it's proper location and everything should work right after install.
Any help would be appreciated.
