Title: Textures issues and no taxiway lights in the terminal area

Hey,
Just bought KCLT a few days ago.
While I'm checking it , I found out there are no taxiway lights in the terminal area and the AA sign on the taxiway aren't lit.

I tried to reinstall the scenery and addon manager with no luck..

I'm seeing this as well at this airport in P3Dv4.1. What is the solution to resolve this as what is in this picture posted by the OP is exactly what I am seeing. Mesh is set to 5 meters.
