Title: Perimeter Fence Flickering FSX

When taxiing you can very clearly see fences flickering around the perimeter of the airport. Also the beams inside the terminal can be seen flickering when looking inside the glass from the cockpit of the plane. Any fixes for these things? Happy to send a video if needed!
