This is a result of either you DLL or EXE XML files being already corrupted before launching the GSX installer, which correctly check with Windows if the XML file is legal BEFORE trying to change it (if it didn't, the file would be easily corrupted even more), when a corrupted XML file is found, you are issued with the error, so the installation will not continue until you fix the errors.
If you don't know how to fix it, if you post the files ( ZIPPED, and Attached to a post ), I can tell you where the problem is. You don't say if you use FSX or P3D, so it's difficult to tell you exactly where to find the files, if you don't know it already.

I use P3D.

I use P3D.
Prepar3D has two different file locations where the XML files are located, one under %APPDATA%\Lockheed Martin, and the other under %PROGRAMDATA%\Lockheed Martin, and both are used by the sim. Your files seems to be fine, and they are probably the ones under %APPDATA%, so I guess the corrupted ones must the ones under %PROGRAMDATA% instead.
Repeat and Zipped them, so I can tell you what the error is.

Any answer?
You posted your file Saturday, you cannot always expect to get an answer during the weekend. I'll try to reply later, even if today is Labor's Day.

Okay thanks and sorry.

I've checked the 2nd set of files you posted, and yes, the EXE.XML is corrupted, there's a line containing this:
</SimBase.Document>
In the middle of it. It should be enough to remove it (line 7) to fix the file.
