Title: Missing approaches

I was on approach to PHNL and had no DME read-out. After the flight I opened up the PHNL afcad file and noticed there were no approaches listed. Could you update the PHNL afcad and bring back the approaches also enable the DME for the runways that have them? Like 08L

 The Honolulu ILS 08L doesn't have it's own DME. You get the DME from the HNL VORTAC.
