Title: Missing ground textures...only today!

Crazy!?
Today I miss all the custom ground textures on all (!) FSDT Airports.
It's like a curiosity because this happens only today, if the Sim has the date of 31.December 2008. If I turn to one day before (30.12.08) or one day after (1.1.09), it doesn't happen. It doesn't happen at the 31.december of 2009 or any other year...only today, 31.dezember of 2008!  :o

The positive aspect of all this: It will never happen again if this day is over....  ;D

I had the same issue while reviewing the trial version of JFK.  I didn't look at ORD so I can't speak to that.  Maybe Y2K delayed 9 years?   ;D

The only thing different from your problem was that I moved the date back to 12/30 and the ground textures showed up in the daytime but not at night.  I tried other dates but didn't have the issue.  Don't know...

I'm enjoying the scenery otherwise.

We'll look into it, maybe there's some kind of a bug on the year transition, that nobody noticed before.

I have the same thing happening at LSZH with the date set to 31 December 2008.

I think this is a MS leap year bug. Similar reports from FlyTampa forums. No need to worry now until 31 December 2012!  :)
