Hello. I have all your Hawaiian Airports. However, I have noticed that the default FSX buildings for PHKO are showing as well as the FSDreamteam Scenery. Has anybody encountered a problem such as this. If so, how do I get rid of the default FSX scenery for this airport that way only the FSDreamTeam is showing? A picture is posted below.

Whenever you have double runways (or double objects), it's never a problem of the scenery you want to use, and it's always a problem caused by the AFCAD of another scenery in conflict.
This utility can be useful to find duplicates files for any airport:
