Title: Default terminal / signs still exist

Hi, when I went to use ADE to edit AFCAD and compiled it, noticed that default terminal and taxi signs still exist.

There is only one AFCAD, so dupliate isnt issue

Please advise!

Please confirm the problem doesn't happen with the original AFCAD.
