Title: I tried O'Hare 2.0, Now I can't roll back...

Hello,
  I've been a huge fan of the original FS9 Chicago O'Hare scenery since about 2010. I recently tried Chicago O'Hare 2.0 (which required the removal of KORDv1) and didn't really care for it. However, now that I've to rollback I find that my aircraft are all still there, so I know FS9 is properly looking into my O'hare folder to pull the AFCAD, but none of my buildings show up. It's not a "disappear after trial period" scenario. They're gone from the very start, but I cannot figure out why. Does anyone have any ideas about how I can get myself back on track? Unfortunately I don't have the original file to reinstall it, and FSDT no longer offers it for download from any website I can find.

PS: If it helps, I still have my registration code from 2010. I'm just missing the 1.0 download that I'd need to reinstall it again. Does anyone know where I can get a hold of the original FS9 Chicago O'Hare v1?
