Hello!
First, I'd like to say fantastic job on KIAH, by far, my favorite FSX:SE addon.
I have a couple of issues, not sure if they're related...so I come here for help.
1.) My taxiway/Runway textures look very blurry and also, where they meet the grass line. (Attached image)
2.) My Addonon Manager will not let me click "Force HD textures" (Attached image)
I have Intel HD graphics 4600.

It's entirely normal the Addon Manager wouldn't let you select HD textures. On FSX:SE and P3D, the default Max Texture resolution slider has 2 notches more than the regular FSX, which sets 2048 and 4096 textures size (in FSX, the highest setting was 1024 ), so there's no need for a separate tweak in the Addon Manager, which is why the setting is disabled in FSX:SE and P3D.

I don't see anything wrong in your screenshot, that's how the scenery is made.
