Title: Runway 12/30 vs rwy 13/31

I think that the runway numbers changed in CYVR in early 2015 such that rwy 12 is now rwy 13. I think I am getting a conflict in pmdg 777 between the FSDT scenery file and the Navigraph navdata file (which has the rwy as 13).

Is there a way to fix this?

Yes they have and have also been updated, so maybe outdated scenery?

Also big heavies like the pmdg 777 don't use 13/31, they use 26R/08L fyi. (unless there is a very string crosswind)

The scenery has been updated since early November last year, there's nothing to fix:
