Title: KLAS 25R building

Hi guys I have this building almost blocking the 25R....I was trying ADE program to exclude the object but couldn't see with in the airport perimeters...is any way I can exclude this out?

You don't see it in ADE, because it doesn't come with the scenery. From your screenshot, it looks like you have a 3rd party terrain addon installer, which probably comes with its own autogen.

See the attached screenshot, that's how KLAS looks like with FSX default terrain. Scenery Density and Autogen Complexity were both set at maximum.

In any case, you don't have to "see" the building to have it excluded successfully with ADE. It's enough you put an autogen-excluding polygon at the right place, big enough to exclude the object.

i just create a generic building right where this other is to replace it but is not making any changes in P3D ...how can I save it to P3D

As I've said in my previous message, and as explained in the link I posted, you don't create a generic building to replace the one you want to exclude. The one and only way to exclude an autogen building, is to create an autogen-excluding ground polygon in the same location of the building to be excluded.
