Can anyone tell me how to turn off and on the static planes in fsx? Thanks.  :-\

You need to locate the appropriate bgl file and change the extension to off.

There's a specific option for this in the YouControl menu for KIAH. CTRL+F12, if you haven't changed the default hotkey to activate it.
