my Cloud9 Eham CD has broken in tiny bits
is there a option to get a other cloud9 Eham

As long as the sticker with the Serial Number on the case is still readable, you can just use it to activate the version you can download here.

where can i find it
on the cloud9 website
i can find only the update to 1.04

The Cloud9 website doesn't have any downloads anymore. All Cloud9 downloads are here, under the Cloud9 page, and nowhere in the EHAM installer description it indicates it's an update or patch. It's the full installer.
