Title: TROUBLE BUYING PRODUCTS ON FSDT

Hi,
I tried buying Chicago O'Hare on FSDT in order to get the freeware Greystone but my transaction will not go through.
I tried with PayPal and it said it could not be completed.
Then I tried with my credit card and got another message saying 'Transaction cannot be completed'  and to please contact Esellerate sales service. I did that but no response from my email. Can anyone tell me why I am not able to order on FSDT?

Only Esellerate can help you for anything that happens before an order is completed. We don't get any details about your payment method or any reason why it wasn't accepted. You can only wait for their answer.
