Title: JFK & NewYork FSX software

Do you  think it will be possible to run JFK with New York X software?
I have JFK but wanted to buy ''New York X software'' for FSX - but not have JFK airport over written

I don't think there should be any problems, just be sure JFK airport is on top of the Scenery Library.
