Hi I have a problem with activation, Aber if possible to help me because I have 2 different numbers in my email i which of the 2 are not is because 1 put one i anything i put the 2nd i did not like this be? ? some mail to send my receipt i see what is happening with the serial number?? thanks

I not sure to fully understand you but, your Serial Number is only one, and is labeled as "Serial Number" on your purchase receipt. The other number is the Order Number, but you don't need that one to reactivate. A Serial Number for GSX looks like FSDTGSX-xxxx-yyyy-zzzz-xxxx

Where you purchased from ? We don't have email purchase receipts in Spanish, and we surely don't have 2 different serial numbers. And of course, you shouldn't use the forum to post this kind of information, better use email.
