Title: Regenerating airport cache/P3D
Post by: ega on December 24, 2013, 07:51:07 pm
Every time I enter P3D v2  there is a message on top saying "GSX- Regenerating airport cache" and that takes a long time. This is annoying and probably useless! Is there any suggestion to stop this constant regeneration of  the  airport cache)

I Also have GSX in FSX (and here there is not this problem).

Thanks

Edmundo

That's exactly the problem. The GSX scenery cache location is shared between FSX and P3D so, each time you switch from one to the other, GSX will recreate it. We'll probably might have to have two separate caches, even if this means taking more hdd space, but in the meantime there's nothing you can do.
