Is there any place I can find (or someone let me know) which buttons do i use to open the cargo bay doors?? thank you in advance

You don't say which airplane you use. Assuming you use a default airplane, the cargo doors open by pressing Shift+E at the same time, and then the number 2 after a very brief pause.
