Title: GSX not activating within FSX

I have just completed the full purchase of this product and within my add on menu I have Coatl Powered Products and the Add on manager.When I click on Coatl Products I have the drop down menu with GSX settings,customise aicraft etc.

However I cannot activate the Ground Services menu within the game.I believe I am supposed the press cntrl,shift and F12 but nothing happens.

I am obviously doing something wrong and would appreciate help please.

Try reading the manual
It says to use CTRL + F12
You can however change this to any key you like
