Title: How do you download the latest download manager?

FSX keeps telling me to do so, and I can't find it anywhere.

I assume you mean Addon Manager rather than download manager. The Addon Manager canbe found here http://www.fsdreamteam.com/products_addonmanager.html. Click on download for FSX or FS9 which ever is appropriate.
