Title: Won't re-activate

I'm trying to re-actvate.  While in FSX ,I go to the add-on > download manager to > re-install. I type in my serial #, it's approved, then a pop up that says it's not, then it says to re-boot FSX. Don't know what's causing it or what to do next. When on FSX I click > control + shift + F12, it says my demo has expired.
