Title: Won't activate

I purchased GSX and jfk , but later had to do a system recovery. Prior to wiping  everything clean I had copied the serial #'s. Both numbers start with SKU... I tried clicking the button that says re-install and also purchase. I've tried the O's as numbers and letters just to make sure. It rejects it every time. Any ideas?

No, they don't. Serial Numbers are clearly indicated in your purchase receipt as "Serial Number", they usually begin with FSDT and are longer code. The SKU it's not a Serial, it's a number that identify the product and it's the same for everyone.
