Title: Lost all my FSDREAMTEAM products

I can see them in my FSX Folders but the airports and GSX have disapeared.

The usual question: do you have BOTH the "Addon Manager" AND the "Couatl powered products" menus under the FSX "Addons" menu ?

Correction Sir, I do have them both. Never had a problem before with any of your products.   :)

They do not appear in Program Files x86, Microsoft Games, Microsoft Flight Simulator, Scenery.  They do appear in the Microsoft Flight Simulator, fsdreamteam, Couati (JFK/O Hare/ GSX).

Been a while Sir, if it needs reinstalling what method do I use?. I have all my order numbers if needed.

You don't need to re-put any serial numbers, as long as the scenery shows as "Product ACTIVE" in the Addon Manager, because it's stored in the registry.

It seems like you could be using an outdated version of the addon manager. You can download it here: http://www.fsdreamteam.com/sa-addon-manager-setupx

You should check if the sceneries are installed in the Scenery Library INSIDE FSX. And, be sure you use the very latest version of the Addon Manager.

And, if you get some "outdated scenery" messages after you install that one, download and install all the sceneries that are reported to be outdated.

Thanks you Sir,  Everthing is up and running.  Now to look at KJFK V2 :)
