Title: Customizing doors

Hi I am trying to customize doors for freeware Thomas Ruth A 340-600 but I cannot connect the stairs to the plane, even if 3d editor position is quite good as shown.
I have also tried to move "inside" the plane but it seems that those is the only position....
can someone help me please?

Check the airplane configs sub-forum, most of the airplanes modeled by Tom Ruth are listed.
