It's known, that CLoud9 airports, are nnot activated after unsing the 3GB switch.
Do FsDremteam airports work ?

That's not correct.

The 3GB issue has been solved since last January starting with the 1.45 release of the Addon Manager and, the current version of the Addon Manager doesn't even require a nocd patched FS9.EXE, like the old one.

This means, every scenery that requires the Addon Manager to run, is currently compatible with the 3GB switch.

That means, when I install the 3GB switch and the latest Addon-manager, it'll run ?  Great...
Where do I find the latest Add-On manager?
