Title: Pushback starts marshler moves but aircraft and tug stay.

 Hello,
 It has happened twice to me already. It has happened both times with the Airbus X Extended 1.10. It happened in the LatinVFR MDSD and at Default KEWR. It also happened in LatinVFR Bermuda.
 What happened was that I requested PB. Everything got set up. GSX asked me to release parking brakes and I did. Then I noticed I was not moving. The marshler was moving. The aircraft and the Tug both sitting still. I hit CTRL F12 asked to cancel pushback I did. Tried to access the menu and it did not pop up. Looked in the taskbar and Coautl Engine was not there.

Could you please indicate which gate you used at default KEWR ?

I was using C125. Today I went out of the same gate with the Wilco Ejets 170 Everything went OK it seems to only happen to me with the AXE.
