Title: KJFK v2 gates

I am trying to determine the best way to choose an accurate gate assignment. Since the choices in the FSX menu don't help much, how does everyone choose the correct gate to start a flight?

I usually check flightaware, especially if I am doing a real-world flight. If you are unsure which terminal to choose for a certain airline, you can ask here or go online and check on several websites that explain which airlines use which terminals. Wikipedia works, so does JFK's official website (http://www.panynj.gov/airports/jfk-airlines.html)

Thank you for your reply. What I actually meant.... after I have found the correct gate, how do I find it with the FSX gate selection at KJFK? The menu is not very specific and I do not know what gates are associated with the terminals.

GSX will tell you the mapping between gates, read the JFK manual at Page 9 for the explanation.
