Title: Parking Assistance Marshallers

Parking Assistance Marshallers is too dark and hard to see at night.

Parking Marshaller can be seen at night, because it has lighted wands, like the real one: I don't find it particularly difficult to follow him at night, see the attached screenshot:

It's even more visible in the sim compared to the static picture, since the wands are moving.

Well No, But in the real world the landing Lights are Off when Taxi to Ramp

Which is why my first image, that show the marshaller clearly visible, was with all light entirely off. Your last screenshot indicates the problem doesn't have anything to do with low visibility at night: it seems, instead, the marshaller is partially inside a building.

As explained other times on the forum, and of course on the manual too, GSX doesn't have any knowledge of the outside world, except the AFCAD, it doesn't know anything about scenery structures.

Which is why, there's a parking customization option in GSX, that allows to fix such cases, you want to have a look at the Maximum Marshaller distance, discussed in the GSX manual at Page 23.
