Title: Vehicles missing tires/wheels periodically?

Could anyone please explain why I see GSX vehicles around KORD (fsdt) without tires?
It's usually an AA large aircraft pushback vehicle driving around the ramp area. I've watched the vehicle start out with no tires/wheels and then across the tarmac suddenly they appear? I have a picture of the wheelless vehicle but can't figure out how to embed this in this post.
Thanks for any insight anyone can provide!

Those are not GSX vehicles, are KORD vehicles, and you can see some suggestions here:
