Title: Issue with Aerosoft EHAM
Post by: mpguti on April 02, 2013, 03:16:10 am
Hi,

I've some issues with the Aerosoft's Schipol scenery. The thing is the stands are placed different between the GSX and the Aerosof't scenery. For example, if i use the simulator to go on a stand, GSX asks me where i want to go, and if i use the GSX to go on a stand, i have to park in the middle of a finger or something like this.

How can i resolve this problem please??

Thanks

The problem is surely caused by another AFCAD in conflict, so GSX is using that one instead of the one that comes with the scenery. You can check which AFCAD GSX is using, by opening the parking customization page.

Yes, this is the issue. It's taking the default AFCAD. How can i change it?

Thanks

First, be sure you use the most current GSX version. If not sure, download it again.

If the problem still happens, check your scenery.cfg doesn't contain any errors, so the Aerosoft Schipol area is not read because of a problem in the scenery.cfg, even not in that area, but also elsewhere in the file. FSX is quite tolerant for errors in the scenery.cfg, but GSX requires that file to be clean.
